Computacenter’s building has undergone an efficient interior and exterior CAT B refurbishment with curtain walling cladding on the original exterior giving the building an impressive, modern look.
TheisCraft’s system controls the lights on the main floors with DALI LCMs, PIRs and Area Controllers on each floor. Offices, meeting rooms and kitchen areas are set for presence and lux levels while the main areas are on corridor hold. The lighting control system and new LED lights combined help ensure maximum energy saving efficiency.
