This historic Edwardian building served as the headquarters of the Metropolitan Police between 1829 and 1890 and was made famous thanks to the novels of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and Charles Dickens.

Now the building is being transformed into a 5 Star luxury hotel with rooms costing up to £10,000 per night through a £110m deal involving Galliard homes and Dubai based developer Lulu Group at a cost of £50m.

Lighting Controls and Modular Wiring for all the Front of House, Room Control and Back of House areas will be controlled by TheisCraft Lighting Controls.

“The Great Scotland Yard Hotel will be a brand synonymous with exceptional service and refined luxury and quality,” said Don O’Sullivan, managing director of London based property group Galliard.
