Originally a warehouse and associated wharf for the port of London, it was redeveloped in the 1980s. It is a Grade II listed structure.

The works will include a full upgrade to the M&E, new end of trip facilities, new receptions and new on-floor finishes making the most of the heritage features and exceptional views over the water.

The buildings offer unique flexibility on space take with inter-connectivity at every level, making anything from a self-contained option to 28,000 sq ft floor plates available.

TheisCraft have supplied our RAPID lighting control system to all areas of the new Grade A warehouse style office space. Fully controllable lighting system including daylight linking, individually controlled raft lights and corridor hold plus our Front End software will allow the in house engineering team to access and maintain the lighting controls system.
